It is and remains essential to ensure protection against cyber attacks in advance - in other words, cyber security - but even more important is to respond quickly in the event of an attack and to be able to restore company data securely, in other words, to build up your cyber resilience. This means that the ability of a backup to recover today depends on the fact that the backup should also be protected against attacks in order to achieve this. State-of-the-art backup methods with AI-supported anomaly detection are available for this purpose.
