In my position as managing partner at Empalis, I have been responsible for the entire financial area since 2009 and am responsible for the management of strategic issues. Before that, I worked for a long time as Chief Financial Officer at EMPRISE AG, where Empalis was one of the operating subsidiaries, and as an authorized signatory for several well-known consulting and IT houses. In the past 20 years I have also worked as a management consultant, coach and interim manager in the areas of restructuring, reorganization and optimization of operational processes. At the beginning of my career, I was employed by a medium-sized company in the textile industry fulfilling various functions for 10 years, most recently as operations and human resources manager. I am still passionate about personnel and Organizational development and coaching other entrepreneurs.
