Empalis erhält kununu Top Company Award 2025

Empalis has once again been recognized this year by the employer rating platform kununu. The company impresses with its outstanding corporate culture and continuous joint development.

Consistently excellent employer ratings

Empalis Consulting GmbH is once again one of the best employers in Germany in 2025 and has been awarded with the kununu Top Company seal. Only around five percent of all companies rated on kununu receive this award - a clear signal of excellent working conditions.

Empalis has met the criteria for receiving the award since the Top Company seal was launched in 2022. The company has had an employer branding profile on kununu since 2011 and has received various kununu seals since 2019.

According to kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann, the seal is a “strong signal to talented people who are looking for their ideal workplace”. Award-winning companies offer an environment in which employees feel comfortable and can develop in the long term.

High satisfaction and transparency as a basis

Empalis' kununu score reflects its continuous improvement:

  • Over the last three years, it has risen to a score of 4.7, well above the industry average of 3.9.
  • At the same time, the recommendation rate has remained constant at 100% for two years.

“The kununu score serves as a reflection of the company's mood and offers job seekers guidance in their search for the right employer,” explains kununu.

To achieve this result, we have taken targeted measures to promote transparency and dialog with employees. These include

  • Regular discussions and meetings to promote the corporate culture
  • Articles in the internal company newsletter
  • Social media activities.

This has enabled us to make colleagues more aware of the importance and added value of the kununu platform and this award.

Strong corporate culture across physical boundaries

Empalis employees are spread across Germany and therefore work from home to a large extent. In order to create a sense of solidarity across physical distances, employees share their experiences and tips in the internal newsletter, among other things. There are also weekly team meetings that invite employees to socialize in the “virtual coffee kitchen”. This exchange strengthens the community and ensures efficient work.

Regular on-site meetings, including two large events per year with a family program, promote personal contact and dialogue between all colleagues.
