Since Cohesity conquered the German-speaking market, we have established an intensive technical exchange and partnership between the manufacturer and Empalis. Since January 2025, the partnership was established in the format of the Cohesity partner model Professional Services Partner Authorisation.
The new partner model aims to ensure that service providers certified on Cohesity technology can smoothly and more efficiently install and deploy the solution for customers as Professional Service Partners.
Today, Cohesity ranks among the top five enterprise solutions on the market, very modern, hyperconverged, with a focus on cyber resilience - and with a now very broad portfolio of workloads that are protected. Cohesity therefore fulfils a completely different, modern design requirement than a traditional backup solution.

Secondary storage and SmartFiles, which Cohesity has developed in a standardised platform - whether as an on-premise, cloud or hybrid solution - were convincing right from the start. The future-proof solution was very early on with innovative AI approaches and implemented simplicity and security right from the start.
Cohesity is therefore much more than just a backup: the Cohesity Data Platform enables companies to immediately strengthen their own cyber resilience and is very customer-centric and pragmatic.
