In my more than 20 years of professional career, I was able to go through many stations at the customer and therefore know the possibilities and challenges in the project: from product and project management to software architecture to solution design and development. Since joining the management in 2018, my main focus has of course been on Empalis' strategic direction and business development. The development of new ideas and solutions - together with colleagues from the specialist departments and our sales team, and in exchange with our customers and business partners - inspires me more than ever. In my role as managing director, I see myself as a sparring partner and a central point of contact for my colleagues.
